Hello everyone! It’s Isa today on the blog with a new inspiration! First of all I would like to say that I hope that everyone is doing great and staying healthy and safe! Here in Spain we are living the “back to school” time and it has been a bit kind of crazy, but let’s hope that everything will work out and we will succeed on it! But let’s not talk about school now. Today I want to show you a new project I made with some of the material that I received last week from Clique Kits. I have to say that due to the pandemic situation I was waiting since April to play with all the goodies I got! And they are amazing! For today’s inspiration I have made a mini mini album (3.5x3 inches) using the papers of the collection Bloom Street by Paige Evans that you can find here. I used some cardboard for the cover that then I covered with papers from the collection. Then for the spine I used some thread to join all the pages but in a very simple way. Although I love complicated binding such as Coptic books, sometimes to go to the simple thing is the best to disconnect from difficulties! And the results are very beautiful. I have also combined some white paper on the inside so that it does not result too much colorful. Then I have sewed some pages with my sewing machine to add more decorations, but not so many ones, because as it is a tiny album we need to leave space for the pictures. I have also used some puffy stickers and alphabets to decorate the inside of the album and the cover, as well as flower die cuts from the Bloom Street collection. I also added some resin flowers that were included in the kit of the Bloom Street collection that combine perfectly well with the elements of the album and the papers. I hope you liked this tiny mini album I prepared. I loved it and remember, keep it simple and beautiful!! See you soon with new inspirations! Take care. Love,
Isa.
