Hello crafty friends! Rita here. Today I have a new layout to share with you, using one of the March Kit Exclusive Digital Cut Files. When I saw the supergirl I instantly wanted to use it for a project. It was perfect for my NYC photo and a card I still had in my stash from an older „Maggie Holmes“ collection. I think it was „Carousel“. If you have such an eyecatching Cut File, you don't need much, because all the attention is on this key piece. I only used some leftover scraps and watercolors.
First I made some splatters with pink watercolor and let it dry. Meanwhile I put some scraps together. I mixed whites and minty colors, and some leftover papers I've once used for practising machine stitching. On top I put my photo. Then I backed up the supergirl mostly with scraps from the Pink Paislee „Summer Lights“ Collection. For the card I chose the right top corner, and used some embellishments like the puffy alphas and hearts. Lastly I used my date roller stamp and the Studio Forty clear stamps.
I hope you feel inspired to use this awesome Cut File for one of your projects. Don't forget to share your work! We love to see what you create! Thanks for stopping by and see you soon!
