Hello there! Giorgia here today on the Clique Blog to keep you company with a new project. For my "inspired by" assignment I did't have any doubt on what to make: I had this cute picture of my Baby Bella (this is how I call my daughter Iabella!) and I wanted to scrap it with the song from Big Bang Theory TV series "soft Kitty"! I am a TV series addict, I watch a lot of them and Big Bang was one of me and hubby's favourite, so here it is my layout inspired by it!  To create the background I used watercolors, spray colors and pigments. Mixed media isn't really my kinda style, but I wanted to create a colorful layout, with a mix of patterned paper (THAT is my style!) and I thought of trying to add even more color experimenting some mixed media! I created the big title (that is the whole song lyrics) by cutting with a die cutting machine all the letters from all different patterned papers from various Clique International kits.  To make the letters pop from the background I outlined them with a black gel pen.  I machine stitched on the picture to make it pop too and then I layered it on a piece of vellum and decorated with die-cuts and stickers from various kits.  As final touch I machine stitched the whole layout border.  Do you love TV series? Do they inspire you on your scrapbooking projects sometimes?
