Hello Everyone, it is Piroska here today with my latest share for Clique International. After taking down the Christmas decorations I always feel our home so empty... So I decided to make a flag banner for my daughter's room. For this I used mainly the Zoom Festival Base Kit. Although the Zoom Festival Kit is already sold out, you can still find pieces of the kit in the shop. I used the 3x4 Elements patterned paper , UR Beautiful and the Awkward patterned papers from the Simple Stories Kate & Ash collection, Paper 20 from the Scenic Route collection of Paige Evans, the Arrangement paper and the Flowers paper of BoBunny. First I cut the flags with my WRMK Banner punch board. I cut pennant and flag shapes to have some playfullness. If you don't have this punch board, pre-order the All in One Works Tool from the shop, you can make all kinds of banners with it, and soooo much more! It's on my wish list for sure ;-) Then I got my Sizzix and cut 4 small mandalas with David Tutera Thinlits from Sizzix. I used the same patterned papers as mentioned above. For one mandala you have to cut 4 pieces and fold and glue them together. I used strong liquid glue for that (UHU All Purpose Adhesive), because it isn't easy to get them glue together. I even added a small piece of paper on the back and a yellow button, which was in the sequin mix of the Zoom Festival Base Kit. I also added the yellow ribbon which was in that kit on to some of the flags, added some butterflies from the September Song Base Kit. I also added some Simple Stories foam stickers sentiments from the Zoom festival Kit. As you see the Clique Internation kits are really versatile and can be used for any kind of project. Grab your kits and create something today! ;-)
