Hello Clique friends, it's Giorgia here today to wish you happy holidays!
For today post I have for you an idea for quick and easy last minute gifts and packaging.
Each year I make several of these plastic ornaments filled with faux snow, changing only the decorations: they are really a fun and easy project and they make a cute gift for neighbors, co-workers, friends, family.
They can also be used as placemat for Christmas lunch by adding a name tag to the twine.
As you can see, each one is different, also if I used the same patterned paper for all of them; you just need to change the sentiment, the colors of the pon pon trim and the twine to have a full set of different decors!
I put them in paper or linen bags (this one is recycled from one of my Clique kits, it contained embellishments) that I decorated with stickers, doilies, tags, paper. Once again, all different, to have a colorful mix.
There are so many ways to decorate paper bags: you can add a decorated tag, add stickers, fussy cut some cute patterned paper to make embellishments, add banners, pon pon, faux pinecones, paper clips, felt decorations, die cuts, twine, you can stamp on them or even create a Christmas tree with strips of patterned papers... the possibilities are endless!
I used all of these techniques to show you a variety of possible packaging... aren't they cute all together?
These are the kits I used:
