Hi Crafty Friends! I am sharing a layout I created using the Add-on Kit | It's Easy being Green (cliquekits.com). This kit is filled with beautiful pattern paper from P13, Paper House, Kaisercraft & American Crafts. I just love all of the greens & earth tones that this kit has. Lately, I have been tearing sheets in order to add dimension and layers to my layouts. Making ephemera clusters makes any layout pop. I use pop dots to add various layers when making them. I also must add staples to my layouts as you can see in the top right corner. I decided instead of using a large title; I just used a sticker from my stash and placed it on top of the super cute Jen Hadfield Clipboards. I added a graduation cap from my stash too. You will definitely enjoy creating with this kit as I have. You can find it in the store with other awesome items Clique International (cliquekits.com). Have a Crafty Day!!!!

Hello Crafty Friends!!! I just love this beautiful kit. Sampler Kit | The Best day | Pinkfresh Studio (cliquekits.com) It is filled with beautiful patterns designed by Cassidy Demkov. I wanted to use lots of this collection on this layout to surround the photo of my mother. This is a very simple layout to recreate; showcasing the beautiful kit. I cut several strips of this collection into 2 inches. I then cut fish tales on the end of each of them. Used my Heidi Swapp distresser tool from my stash to the edges. You will notice I love to use staples on my scrapbook pages every chance I get. Used ephemera pieces and added pop dots to then for dimension to surround the photo. Added floral clusters on the corner of the matted photo. You'll see I chose not to matte the photo with cardstock; instead used one of the pattern paper sheets instead. This same sheet I used to journal on as well. I hope you enjoyed this layout!! Head over to the Clique International (cliquekits.com) to shop and check out all of the items there. Hi, my Clique Kit friends! It is Ali here with you today sharing a very feminine layout using the Base Kit| Asheville. It is full of flowery goodness, and I thought it would be perfect to document me and my friend Lisa in our flowery dresses having a picnic. I fell in love with all the papers in this kit. So of course, I decided to use a lot of them on my layout. I cut 3 papers into wallet size cards and placed them on my page with two photos from our picnic. I border punched the bottom center one with a notebook design. I then used three strips of paper to create another wallet size card for the upper left-hand corner. A scalloped border punch was used on a piece of the floral mustard paper and love how it adds so much to the page design. I used a few dies cuts that were included in this kit to decorate my page. The word Today was used for my title, and I tucked in some flowers die cuts around it. My favorite of this kit is that bicycle, oh my! It is so adorable. This kit also includes pink and white flower sequins. I layered three of them and added them around the die cuts. I used a corner rounder for some of the wallet sized papers and added a tab underneath the upper right hand one. I pop dotted the butterfly and folded his wings up, so it looks like he is in midflight. I also pop dotted our two photos to give the layout some dimension.
Go check this beautiful kit out today in the shop! It is so lovely and perfect for so many different occasions. Base kit | Asheville (cliquekits.com) Thanks for taking a peek with me. Hope you have a wonderful week! Love, Ali xoxo Hello Clique Kit crafty friends!!! I am super excited to be a part of the Clique International Team. I created a scrapbook layout using pattern papers from the awesome Seasonal Kit | Cape May (cliquekits.com) that is currently on sale in the shop. I normally use white cardstock as my base page; but the flower paper "Summer Lovin'" from Simple Stories was too gorgeous not to use. I wanted to add some texture to my page; so I distressed the edges. I used the Heidi Swapp Distresser tool from my stash to achieve it. I love how it makes some of the paper curl and other tear slightly. I wanted the vibrant yellow statements on the paper "Simply Summer" from Fancy Pants to be the focus. I tend to always add staples somewhere on my layouts too. I added American Craft Thickers for my title from Sampler Kit | Heidi Swapp's Sunchaser (cliquekits.com) and used a star over the "i". Instead of just matting the photo, I made a pendant to place the photo of my husband and I. I distressed the edges as well. All of the ephemera used was given dimension by adding one or two foam dots to them. The flower ephemera is from Jen Hadfield "Grateful Heart". You can find the flowers in the Add-on Kit | It's Easy being Green (cliquekits.com).
I hope you enjoyed my scrapbook layout!! Head over to the Clique International (cliquekits.com) shop and check out all of the items there. Hello Everyone, it's Piroska here today with my latest layout for Clique International. My task for this blog post was to make something for the theme: Don't Throw Me Away. Recycling is very popular nowadays, and I love that you can even do it in scrapbooking. Let me show you my scrapbook layout using pieces of a packaging material. First I cut the Craft A Happy Life cut file of CUT to YOU from white precision cardstock. For my layout I chose the Me Time Base Kit, which features some single sided cardstocks from Alexandra Renke, double sided patterned papers from Altenew, die cuts from both, stickers of Heidi Swapp and shaker embellishments of Jen Hadfield. First I backed the cut files with the patterned papers of Altenew (Wildflower: Pathway, Blooming Vines) from the Me Time Base Kit. I also used the packaging material for the backing, I just love this embossed craft cardstock, I got in a box to save my ordered products, it looks awesome, and is great for these cut files, isn't it? When I was ready with backing the cut files, I started to fussy cut some paint tubes from the Alexandra Renke design paper from the Me Time Base Kit. My photo was taken 4 years ago, when my daughter sat next my mother and they started to paint. They are both so creative, and my daughter was totally taken up by painting. Loved watching them in that flow feeling :-) Then I started to arrange my layout. As the two cut files are quite big, they directed the arrangement. I put the title in the upper left corner, and the paint brush cup in the bottom right corner. The photo came between them diagonally, I also added some packaging material under the photo to add some dimension to it. As the packaging material is quite high, I used foam adhesive for glueing down the cut files. Then I started to glue down the fussy cut paint tubes from the Alexandra Renke design paper from the Me Time Base Kit. I highlighted some of them by using foam adhesive. I hope I could inspire you to not to throw away the packaging materials from your boxes but recycle them in you scrapbook projects, Reducing waste is a must, so why not be creative with it? ;-)
Now head on to the Clique International shop and grab your Me Time Base Kit while supplies last! ;-) Happy crafting! Happy Summer Clique Peeps! it is Ali here with you today sharing a fun layout for the Clique Con Challenge. Have you created yours yet? There are so many free wonderful cut files in the shop for you to create with. I was so excited to use the Miss Incredible one that Petra created. I happened to run into Miss Incredible by the Incredibles roller coaster at Disneyland and was happy to pose with her. I used the Fancy Pants, Sidekick Optional collection from the shop to create this layout. I started off by cutting the buildings out of the second sheet and stacked two layers of foam tape to one layer. I offset it a little to give it even more dimension and love how 3D the layout looks with the stacked buildings. Petra created this amazing cut file and I had so much fun working with it. I cut out the title using the black and white graph paper included the collection and decided not to back fill it with paper. I pop dotted the title and used Stickles to fill in some of the polka dots on the background paper. I love how it turned out. I used a few die cuts that were included in this kit from the shop and decorated around the picture. I cut a bulls eye out of another sheet in the collection and added it to a corner and love how it draws the eye up to that corner. I finished off the layout with a few enamel dots. Don't forget to head to the Clique Shop and enjoy those free cut files to join the Clique Con Challenge this month. Happy Summer!
Love, Ali xoxo Hello everyone!! It's Isa today on the blog and I am glad to be back here with a new project! For today's post I have created a mini album using the Buenos Dias Kit, which includes teh collection designed by Obed Marshall for American Crafts. You can find and purchase this kit here. For the cover I used some cardboard that I covered with patterned papers from the Buenos Dias collection. I fell instantly in love with the flowers from the die cuts set so it was a must for me to use them in the cover. The size of this mini album is similar to a traveller's notebook insert. I added two mint rings that come in the kit that belong to the collection. The combination of colors in them is amazing. On the inside pages I decided to use different designs in eash one. I have used the thickers to add some words, and also the sequins that are in the kit to add some shaker pages on the inside of the mini album. I have used even the cardstock that is part of the packaging of the die cuts because the gradient of colors is amazing. I also added a pocket, and some waterfall structure to add different designs on the inside. I added some cards that were included in the die cuts set and some acrylic decorations, puffy stickers that are included in the kit and everything combines perfectly well. I also added some sewing by making stripes of paper with one of the papers from the kit. I would say that this is my favourite page of the project because I love sewing in most of my scrapbooking projects. I have tried to add a bit of everything combined with the essence of this wonderful collection. I hope you like this project and I am thrilled that very soon I will be here with new inspirations and great projects with Clique Kits!! See you soon and take care!
Love, Isa Hello everyone!! How are you all doing? I hope you are doing ok and that you all stay at home safe and healthy! For today's post I want to show you a new mini album I have made using one of the new Kits that you can find on the shop, this time featuring one of the Pantone Colors. You can find this kit here. The particularity of this mini album is that the inside pages are all pockets, so when you document things in a mini album and you feel that you do not have enough space for all the pictures and journaling, the best option is this, to turn pages into pockets. In that way you also avoid making an enormous album with a big capacity. It is possible to have a small album with a big capacity. I have used all the papers in the kit to create the pages. The size of the page are aprox 3.5 inches x 6 inches. I decorated with some details I cut from the papers and I have also used the washi tape that is included in the kit. Inside the pockets what I have included are small cards with white cardstock and I have stamped some words using a Studio Forty stamp set. You can find this set in the shop here. To use the stamp set I have used also the Kit of the Clique Chromatics of the inks. I have to tell you, these inks are amazing!! The moment I tried them I fell in love with them!! And the colors are great! You can find the kit of inks here. To join all the pages I have used a waxed thread that was in the Clique Shop and I truly recommend it if you have to bind your albums, it is perfect to work with. And finally, for the cover I have used a die from Mintopia from the collection Imagine to create a shaker decoration for the cover. The sequins are from the Pantone set, as well as the hearts I cut from one of the papers of the set, the enamel dots (which I loved! especially the ones with volume) and the washi tape. To close the album I have used also the ribbon included in the kit. ![]() I hope you like the project and that the tip to have a mini with big capacity gives you the opportunity to store tons of good memories!! I hope to see you soon on the blog with new projects!! And I wait all of you on the Galentine's weekend!! It is going to be amazing!
Lots of love, Isa Hello everyone!! How are you doing? I hope everyone is doing great and that you stay healthy and at home. For today I want to show you a new project I made using the Paperinky collections which I like a lot! I have combined both collections that were in the Clique Kits shop, Metropolis and Milkmedia and I have made a Midori. To make the covers of the midori I have used a cardboard and then some cloth I had at home left from other projects that I made. I joined them and sewed, and then made a hole on each side of the spine to add the elastics later for the pages on the inside. For the inside pages, I have used mostly the papers of Metropolis and added a couple of pages of Milkmedia. Then I also used the paper of the Project Life cards and cut them to add them on the inside of the midori as some extra decorations. I have also used in some pages watercolor paper to add diferent details, and some washi tape stripe that I had from Altenew that I adore! I added some extra decorations with Studio Forty stickers and some enamel dots. Here you can see more pages. As the moment we are living now is not the best to travel we can always use these midoris or traveler's notebooks to document our life at home or during lockdowns that we may have in our correspondent countries. I hope you like the idea and the project!! Stay at home safe and healthy! I hope you like the project and I will be back soon with new things to show! Take care.
Lots of love, Isa Hi friends! Dana here today sharing the layout I created for the Clique International Stamp-tember Event which is happening in The Clique Facebook Group. There is a different stamping challenge posted each weekend of the month. All challenges are open until September 30th with prize winners for each. We'd absolutely love to have you join us! I used the Limited Edition Ciao Bella Wind Beneath My Wings Kit for this project, plus the Catherine Pooler Explore and Learn Series Flutter Bundle Kit and the Flora + Fauna More Stamp-tember Add-On Kit. All of these kits are currently on sale and only available while supplies last from the Clique Shop. I'm primarily a 12x12 scrapbooker. I have to admit that I don't use stamps and dies as much as I could because they are generally on the small side and are designed more for card making. I was thrilled when I received the Catherine Pooler Wings of Joy Stamp and Die Sets. This butterfly is stamp is over 5 inches across which means that it is a great size for use on 12x12 layouts. I love butterflies and recently snapped a photo of one that flew into my back porch last week. These stamps and dies were the perfect way to complement my photo. I used the stamps and dies together to make a layered butterfly embellishment that I designed after to gorgeous Vicki Boutin stickers in the Wind Beneath My Wings Kit. Dimensional Butterfly Embellishment Tutorial Step 1: Spray a piece of watercolor paper with water. Press the Catherine Pooler Minis onto a craft mat to release some ink onto the work surface. Use a water brush to pick up the ink and spread it onto the wet watercolor paper. Blend and splatter the ink onto the paper until it is covered. Let dry. Step 2: Use the Catherine Pooler Wings of Joy Butterfly Die to cut a butterfly from the watercolor paper. Set aside. Step 3: Apply Catherine Pooler Midnight Ink onto the Wings of Joy Butterfly Stamp and press onto a piece of vellum. Let dry. Step 4: Use the Catherine Pooler Wings of Joy Butterfly Die to cut the stamped butterfly from the vellum. Step 5: Use a permanent gold pen to color the body of the vellum butterfly. Attach the vellum butterfly to the watercolor butterfly base using a piece of 3D Foam. Bonus Butterfly: Use the Flora + Fauna Delicate Butterfly Die to cut a piece of patterned paper and a piece of vellum. Apply adhesive to the patterned paper butterfly body, line up the vellum butterfly die-cut over the top, and press to attach. Fold the vellum wings up towards the center of the butterfly body to separate the wings, creating a 3D embellishment. ![]() I couldn't resist using the rest of the stamps in the kits. I'm a patterned paper addict and I rarely use cardstock, so I used the stamps from the kits on top of my patterned papers to add additional prints to this page. The Catherine Pooler Minis work great with stencils! I sponged Fiesta Blue Ink over a stencil to add more butterflies to the background of this layout. I created my own file folder from patterned paper, cardboard, and washi tape. I used both of the small Flora + Fauna stamp sets to add a pretty bright blue flower print to the paper. I wanted to add a contrasting color to the background of my layout to offset the blue. I would usually use a stencil and texture paste for this effect, but used the dot cluster stamp from the Catherine Pooler Wings of Joy Stamp Set instead with the Catherine Pooler Minis Rockin' Red Ink. I love the look! I feel like I should make a note here and mention that the red ink is more of a dark pink. The Wind Beneath My Wings Kit contains paper flowers but doesn't have any leaves. I used two of the small leaf stamps from the Catherine Pooler Wings of Joy Stamp Set with the Catherine Pooler Minis Grass Skirt Ink to add small leaves around each of the paper flowers on this layout. I used one of the sentiments from the Catherine Pooler Wings of Joy Stamp Set to make a small title for the layout. I also added a small sentiment along the bottom of the page that I made from the Kesi'art Thanks Die Set. I hope I have inspired you to use dies and stamps to create large embellishments. And, if you're a cardstock lover, I hope I have opened your eyes to the possibilities of stamping on patterned paper! I'd love to see your take on this challenge so please upload your project in The Clique Facebook Group by the end of the month for your chance to win a prize!
