Season's Greetings Clique Kits friends! It is Ali here with you today sharing a Disney Christmas layout using the Pinkfresh Studio Happy Holiday collection. So many cute papers in the 6x6 paper pad that is included in this kit, and I wanted to use them all. It is so easy and fun to make a grid layout, just cut your paper into 2 x 2 squares and lay them out on a 12 x 12 paper. For the top border strip, I used a piece of the 6 x 6 paper and cut two 3/8-inch strips. I matched them in the middle so you couldn't tell it wasn't one strip of paper. I then added some foam tape to the Season's Greetings sticker and some puffy stickers that were included in this kit. My friend Anne and I just celebrated our 50th birthdays at Disneyworld right before Christmas. We got to meet Stitch and do a selfie with him. He is just so cute, and I had to document his pictures. I used three photos and used the frame stickers to make them stand out against the grid. I added a couple more foam stickers to the frames and to the other squares for some Christmas cheer. I love the red and white pom pom ribbons that is included in this kit. I used a glue gun to glue the two pieces together before gluing them down for my bottom border. I just love the look that it gives my layout, it completes it.
Happy New Year! See you in 2023! Love, Ali

Hello everyone! I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving! It is Ali here with you today sharing a pretty layout using the seasonal-kit-ginger-snap-junior-sampler from the shop. My Husband and I were away on summer vacation and when we came home there were two baby fawns in our front yard. They just lost their mother, and they decided to stay with us for a couple weeks before moving on. I became so attached to them those weeks that I cried when they didn't return. This layout is documenting their stay in our yard that summer. I fell in love with all the animals on this transparency that was included in the kit. Each and every animal is so adorable. I decided to cut the sheet apart and put half on the bottom and the other half near the top. I created my own doodle frames for the center of my page to highlight the pictures of the fawns that stayed with us. I cut my photos down using a circle punch and just tracing the hexagon shape on the back of the photos. I wanted to have them fit into the shapes so they would flow nicely with the transparency that I was using for my layout. I used the 6 x 6 paper pad in the kit and cut four half inch strips of that pretty floral paper and pieced it together to make the side borders of my page. I embellished the layout by pop dotting some of the die cuts and adding stickers to the framed pictures. This kit is so pretty, and I love the colors that Pretty Little Studio used for this collection.
Seasonal Kit | Ginger Snap Junior Sampler (cliquekits.com) I hope you enjoy this layout as much as I did creating it. Love, Ali Hello Clique Friends! It is Ali here with you today sharing a Fall layout using the beautiful Pretty Little Studio Seasonal Kit | Ginger Snap Junior Sampler that is available right now in the shop! I used the gorgeous autumn wreath cut file that is also available in the shop, Autumn Wreath | Digital Cut File - Clique Kits, it is only $0.75. I backed the leaves with the 6 x 6 paper pad that was included in the kit. I just love the colors and they were perfect with the Fall pictures I had from the motorcycle ride I had taken with my husband. I used foam tape to the back of the cut file and adhered it to a sheet of white cardstock. I wanted to keep it clean and crisp and love how the papers stand out against the white background. I added leaves, butterflies, bumblebees and flowers on my page with the ephemera pack that is included. I tucked some under the wreath and added foam onto other pieces to fill my wreath in. I used a saying from the kit for my title and love how it grounds the page. I just love the colors in this kit and hope you are able to pick it up and play around with it for some of your fall layouts too!
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your time creating memories with your loved ones! Love, Ali xo Happy Halloween my Clique friends! It is Ali here with you today sharing a spooky Halloween layout using the Seasonal Kit |Happy Halloween from Fancy Pants. I had so much fun creating with this wonderful kit. I wanted to use all the papers in the kit, so I decided to cut 4 of my favorites into squares and matted a series of 4 of my favorite pictures from a haunted hike I did with my husband this past week. After I laid out my papers, I created a faux stitching around them and love the look it gives my page. I used the die cuts and enamels dots to embellish my layout. I also added a spooky ghost flair from Scrappin Happy Studio that went perfectly with this Clique Kit. I pop dotted the tags and other ephemera to give some dimension to the layout. How cute is this spider dangling from the top of the page. I love this kit and the muted colors for Halloween. Go check it out in the shop for your Halloween layouts this year, you will not regret it.
Have a Happy Halloween and Stay Spooky! Love, Ali Hello my Clique Kit friends! It is Ali here today sharing a layout with the Base Kit | Ashville that is currently in the shop. There is a lot of Periwinkle color in this kit and I thought it would be perfect for pictures of my husband and me in the Lavender fields. There are so many different pretty papers in this collection and I used a lot of them as you can see. I used four different pattern papers and a solid blue that was included in the kit. I decided to hand stitch around the solid blue paper to add some texture to the layout. I used white thread to make it pop a bit. I added foam tape behind the solid paper to give the page a little dimension. I added a lighter blue piece to the left side of the photos and used my notebook border punch to make it stand out. I used the embellishments from the kit and added them around the photos. I did add a thin piece of foam tape on the back center of the butterfly and pinched her wings so it looks like she is floating right off the page. There is so much prettiness in this kit. So if you are even thinking about it, I would head over to the shop right now and pick it up before it sells out. Base kit | Asheville (cliquekits.com)
Thanks for joining me today and I can't wait to see what you make! Love, Ali xo Happy September Clique Kits friends! It is Ali here with you today sharing a galactic vibe layout using the Base Kit | Hokulea. Hokulea means star of gladness and I am glad to be sharing my layout with you using this beautiful kit. As soon as I saw this paper I knew it would be perfect for my dreamy space photo that was taken this summer in Chicago. I used two different sheets of paper from this kit and gutted one of them for the third layer, which I also matted on white cardstock to make it pop. The kit comes with a sheet of silver paper and it was calling to have stars cut out of it. I decided to make them into shakers because of the cute sequin mix of moons and stars that came in the kit. I backed the stars with acetate so you could see the paper behind it and they look like they are just floating in the gorgeous sky. I just love these shaker stars that I created and sprinkled on my page. I embellished the layout with some die cuts that were included in this kit. I hope you think this layout is out of this world. Go check out the link to see what other goodies are included with this kit.
Hokulea| Studio Light (cliquekits.com) Love, Ali xo Hi, my Clique Kit friends! It is Ali here with you today sharing a very feminine layout using the Base Kit| Asheville. It is full of flowery goodness, and I thought it would be perfect to document me and my friend Lisa in our flowery dresses having a picnic. I fell in love with all the papers in this kit. So of course, I decided to use a lot of them on my layout. I cut 3 papers into wallet size cards and placed them on my page with two photos from our picnic. I border punched the bottom center one with a notebook design. I then used three strips of paper to create another wallet size card for the upper left-hand corner. A scalloped border punch was used on a piece of the floral mustard paper and love how it adds so much to the page design. I used a few dies cuts that were included in this kit to decorate my page. The word Today was used for my title, and I tucked in some flowers die cuts around it. My favorite of this kit is that bicycle, oh my! It is so adorable. This kit also includes pink and white flower sequins. I layered three of them and added them around the die cuts. I used a corner rounder for some of the wallet sized papers and added a tab underneath the upper right hand one. I pop dotted the butterfly and folded his wings up, so it looks like he is in midflight. I also pop dotted our two photos to give the layout some dimension.
Go check this beautiful kit out today in the shop! It is so lovely and perfect for so many different occasions. Base kit | Asheville (cliquekits.com) Thanks for taking a peek with me. Hope you have a wonderful week! Love, Ali xoxo Hello My Clique Kit Friends! It is Ali here and I am happy to be back with you and this wonderful design team sharing our creations. I am so lucky to be working with this wonderful Sampler kit | Farniente, which is currently on sale in the shop. Sampler Kit | Farniente | Mes Ptits Ciseaux (cliquekits.com) I fell in love with the colors and patterns of this kit and thought it would be perfect to document Father's Day. I love how the colors of the papers match my dad's shirt. I tried to make sure to use all the different pattern papers on my layout. I did use some yellow and grey cardstock to mat my photos and I punched a scallop circle out of white cardstock to tuck behind one of the photos. The kit comes with blue letter stickers and banners from Pretty Little Studio. I used the letter stickers to create my title and my typewriter for the journaling strips. I even used the packaging from the sticker sheet to make into a cute heart banner. The colors matched the rest of the layout, and I was happy to add more love into this layout.
Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week. Love, Ali xo Happy Fall Y'all! I am so excited that Fall has arrived and my favorite holiday is on its way. I already started decorating the house for Halloween and had to share my latest decoration with you. I fell in love with this cute spooky ghost and had to have him. I created this layout with the Spooky Night by Simple Stories Sampler Kit that is in the shop. I love this collection! I thought the polka dot paper was a perfect match with his cute hat. I added a few sequins that were included in this kit on some of the polka dots. The sequins added some bling bling sparkle to it! I added a few cute dies cuts to the bottom of the page. I added some foam tape to add some dimension to the back of the haunted house, ghost and his pumpkin treat bag. I added the wonderful Booo foam sticker to the page for the title. There is a spider in the last O and I decided to stitch the web from the top of the page to connect it to the word title. I love how it turned out!
I hope you enjoy my spooky Halloween layout and go check out the cute new kits in the shop! There are so many good ones! Happy Halloween! Love, Ali xoxo Happy September! It is Ali here with you today being inspired by Vicki Boutin's new collection, Color Study. If you haven't purchased it yet, I advise you to rush to the shop and buy whatever is left. You will want two of everything if you are like me! This picture was taken of me in Las Vegas at the Seven Magic Mountains. I went there with two friends to run the Rock and Roll Half Marathon. We made a little detour to check out these bright fun boulders and love how bright the colors are in this photo. You can also notice the shadows of the other people checking out the exhibit. I was holding on to this picture for the last couple years because I was waiting for the perfect paper and embellishments to match these boulders. Well it was worth the wait! I am in love and inspired with Vicki's new collection. I used two of her packaging inserts to create that rainbow burst coming out of the photo. I glued one of them flat to the mixed media background and cut the other package insert apart. I used foam tape to pop some of the colors off the page. I also used white stitching rub ons to add a little more texture to the rainbow burst. I love how all that color is radiating right off this page. I completed the layout with stickers and ephemera from this collection. I hope this inspires you to add some color to your layouts.
Dont forget to check out the Add-On Kit | Vicki Boutin Color Study Embellishment Kit | American Crafts (cliquekits.com) in the shop. Live colorfully! Love, Ali xoxo |
