I used a Bazzil white cardstock as a base and made a background with blue metallic watercolor from Boku-Undo Japanese watercolors to compose my page. They are so perfect to make the "kissing technique". I didn't have to prepare my paper with gesso. Just used it with water and applied on with a piece of plastic.
I cut a large circle with light blue patterned paper and my photos in a circular shape. I decided to fussy cut several flowers and butterflies from the other patterned papers and placed them around my photos, forming a large floral arrangement.
I used the title ephemera with the golden alphabet stickers to made my page title and applied some enamel dots from the collection.
One of the techniques I really like to work on in scrapbooking is layering, especially when using flowers in arrangements. I also use height in photos, and other elements such as butterflies. I think the final result is very beautiful and enhances every detail.
I hope you have enjoyed this inspiration and take the opportunity to see the variety of materials that Clique Kits has to make your project even more beautiful and unique. See you soon!
