Hello Clique fans! Here is Réka and today I am sharing my latest layout using the sweet November Main Kit. I love creating homemade stencil with my Silhouette Cameo. For this layout I have used this beautiful flower stencil which was made from this cut file. The first step was to create this flowers background using stencil and pink ink. The rosette is also my fav so I have created some from the Bella Blvd: Gratitude Documented - Borders/Stripe paper. I have also added some fussy cutting green and black leaves from the Bella Blvd: Gratitude Documented - 3x4 Cards paper. Some mists were the finishing touches to complete my layout. You can find some Prima Watercolor paint refills in the shop and remember you can use my code Reka10 to get 10% off your total purchase. Here are some close-ups. I hope you liked my layout. Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day! See you next time! Réka

Aloha!! It's Hannah here with you today. Can you believe it's almost December already!! I admit I am trying to hurry and finish my last year's December Daily. It was the first year I didn't finish it. I am determined to get as much done before December starts so I can then focus on this year's December Daily. Today I am using the Clique Kits Clique Into the Holidays Kit. This kit is perfect for documenting those precious December Memories. I am currently working on Day 7 in my December Daily album. I am using a 4 ring album I bought in the Clique Store last year. I bought it in the spring and saved it. for many of the pockets I used the journaling 3X4 cards from the pattern papers. They are so cute. If you have little kids or love cute cuddly animals this is perfect. The 7th last year was so cold, the temperature dipped below freezing which is odd for where I live. I used the tag and a Brr die cut to add my date on the page. In this album I am not using all the same numbers which makes it easy to use numbers that match the papers I am using for that day. I love how by layering a few pieces you have made a homemade journaling card that matches your whole spread. Even when mixing different types of products. I mixed patterns and used the border strips to add interest and tie the papers together. I love the hint of gold on the date sticker. I used a gold journaling pen on the other card so there was more gold throughout the spread. I really think when using pockets it helps tie them together when you use similar elements on other pockets. I layered patterned paper and the border strip under my photo. I only added a few similar stickers and die cuts to give the photo breathing room. I really like to keep my December Daily spread fairly simple. There are so many pages that it really doesn't need much. Like adding a brrr sticker to my weather app photo. also using a photo like this it tells the story of the day but also gives me insight for the rest of the week. I really love the way this gold pen adds some pizzazz to my card without adding a lot of bulk. Here is a look at the rest of my spread. Nice and simple but it still has lots of texture and color. By using my Clique into the Holidays Kit it really made it easy to put together this spread.
You could also add the Clique into the Holidays printables in your album for simple fun and easy cards. You could even add your journaling in Photoshop before printing them off. I hope you all make sure you share your holiday scrapping in our Facebook Group. This could also give you some extra ideas for things to do in your own holiday album or layouts. Have an Inspired Day!!! It's another FriYAY here on the blog and time to share a travelers notebook layout which will be a small sneak of our December travelers notebook kit. Last weekend my family had a 3 day weekend for Veterans Day and we took the kids camping on an outer island where the stars were so bright in the sky and we almost had the whole beach to ourselves. The perfect title for this layout is "The best weekend" In this layout I used my favorite paper in the December kit which you can see peeking out from behind the photo. I love the copper accents in this kit and the coppery sequins match perfectly. Washi tapes and stamps are two of my must haves for my travelers notebook layouts- and this kit does not disappoint! I can't wait for you to see the full reveal of the December travelers notebook kit! Coming soon!

Thanks for stopping by today and we'll see you at the Pep Rally! Happy Tuesday! This year I'm hosting a Holiday Workshop for Clique Kits. I'm really excited and motivated to get a Holiday Album completed this year (probably for the first time ever). If you have issues completing your Holiday Albums, this workshop is for you! We have a great group of scrapbookers that are ready to motivate, create, and share! Today, I want to share a piece of that workshop (be sure to browse to the bottom for a giveaway...for workshop attendees). Unexpectedly, my favorite paper in the Clique into Holidays Kit 2017 is this frame design paper. It is the paper I used on my opening page and the first paper I ran out of in the kit. For this 4" x 6" piece I decided to add stamps from various stamp sets to each of the frames. I looked through my stash of holiday stamps and found some that I loved and that would work in these rectangles. I used a variety of different designs to fill the squares. I'm attaching the "gansta wrappa" piece to the center of this card and I felt like that was TOO much black and white. So I added color to this 4" x 6" piece using Zig Real Brush Markers. I framed the "gansta wrappa" 2" x 2" piece with gold paper and popped it up on this 4" x 6" background. I love being able to take a printed paper and making it my own! GIVEAWAY!!! Alright! I now have a giveaway for one lucky Clique Kits: Holiday Workshop Attendee. To qualify, register for the Holiday Workshop by 11:59pm CST on November 26th. You will win this prize package of Bella Blvd papers, embellishments, and a 4" x 4" album (I apologize, this is open to USA residence only). Thanks for joining me today! To sign-up for the Clique Kits: Holiday Workshop follow the link below. Whether you join or not, please share in the Clique on Facebook what you are creating this holiday season!
Do you ever think that sometimes when you have that perfect photo that you just don't want to mess up? Like no matter what layout you create, it just won't do the photos justice? Well...that happens to me a lot! Today, I pushed myself outside my comfort zone with one of those photos. My cousin has beautiful twin girls and they recently shared a bunch of photos from their most recent photo session (Sarah M.--you get the credit for these amazing shots!) and they had beautiful white dresses, flowers in their hair, and unicorns in most of the pictures. Now, I wasn't brave enough to tackle those unicorn pictures yet because they are breathtaking BUT I grabbed this one of the two girls together and pulled out the pinks from the November kit. I knew that i wanted to add some little feminine touches so a large lace doily and those Maggie Holmes gold words were just the thing. I also grabbed that vellum sheet from the kit with the gold leaves and fussy cut just a couple to tuck in with the photo. I also knew that I wanted a fun border element with some of the Girl Squad die cuts so I grabbed some chipboard circle that I had left over in my stash and added just a touch of hand-stitching. I decided to back each one of those chipboard circles with patterned paper (or die cuts) from the kit and allowed the gorgeous "You're My Person" die cut to overlap the edge of the photo. Then, it was time to embellish. I grabbed just a few phrase stickers from my stash as well as the adorable black hearts from Illustrated Faith that were in the kit. And what is a fancy girly layout without a little gold color shine?! I am super happy with how the photo stands out on my layout. Will I ever feel like I did this photo shoot proper justice? Maybe not...but I do have that photo off of my phone and into my album and that is what really matters. I encourage you to grab that photo that you have been saving for just the perfect layout and get that story told!
Hello Clique fans! Here is Réka and today I am sharing my mini album using the sweet November Main Kit. When I saw this gorgeous Kit I decided to create a cute mini album for the November’s days. For the cover I have fussy cut one flower image from the Crate Paper (Maggie Holmes) Carousel – Belle paper and I have colored it with my pencils. I have also added some hearts enamels from the Bella Blvd: Illustrated Faith Enamel pack. For the ‘November’ title I have used the gold alphabets from the American Crafts: Hazelwood - Hazel Thickers. I love these gold alphabets. Some mists were the finishing touches to complete my cover. You can find some Prima Watercolor paint refills in the shop and remember you can use my code Reka10 to get 10% off your total purchase. For the inside pages I have used a lot of embellishments from the Pebbles: Girl Squad – Ephemera pack. I have printed the beautiful November Kit exclusive printable on the vellum paper. Printable designed by Maryam. For the pages I have also added the pink alphabets from the October Traveler's Notebook Kit. I have also used the cute round images from the November Traveler's Notebook Kit exclusive printable which designed by Lacey Gasper. Here are some close-ups. I hope you like my mini album. Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day! See you next time! Réka
Welcome lovelies! This month's special event on the blog is an interview with Designer in the Spotlight for November the amazingly talented Zinia Amoiridou. Grab your drink and sit back while we get to know this artist better! Zinia designed the Tales & Dreams collection for our friends at the Pretty Little Studios company and we fell in love with it at first sight. We have had so many compliments on the November kits- Cornucopia because of the gorgeous rich colors and patterns like bold painterly florals. We hope you enjoy this feature today!
