Hello everyone!! It’s Isa on the blog and I today I want to show you a project that I’ve made using stamps and papers that are simply lovely!! I’ve never worked with Altenew products before and when I received the material to work with it I was thrilled since I like so much what they create for scrapbooking. For my layout I have used a huge stamp to create the background. I have stamped it with their inks that are just lovely! The gradient of the colors in the set that I used is amazing! Then, for the layering behind the picture I have used different papers from the Sampler Kit that you can find on the shop with papers from Altenew and The Stamp Market (https://store-iuvxtqirog.mybigcommerce.com/sampler-kit-mega-6x6-paper-stack-altenew-the-stamp-market/) I cut some of the flowers to add more details and not just squares of paper cut for the picture. I gave different volumes to the different layers so you can notice the importance of the picture in the project. The title of the layout is from a set of words from Pinkfres Studio that you can also find on the Clique Kits shop. Here you can see the whole layout. I hope you like it!! I hope to see you soon with new inspirations, maybe now Xmas inspirations! Cannot wait to play with new material regarding this season! Take care of yourselves and stay healthy! Lots of love,
Isa

Hello there! Giorgia here today to share a (not so)spooky inspiration. I love Halloween and I celebrate it every year, also if here in Italy it's not so celebrated. The last Halloween was my Baby Bella first Halloween so we took a lot of pictures of her dressed up as a little pumpkin. I made a layout with one of these pictures and since it didn't have a great background I decided to fussy cut all away leaving only her. I used a dry paintbrush to paint a white cardstock with black gesso. I tear apart a orange cardstock creating kind of a hole in tits center and I place it above the white one, sewing them together with black thread. Inside the "hole" I glued the picture and Halloween themed images fussy cut from a patterned paper. I fussy cut also the stars that I placed here and there along with puffy stars. With a black gel pen I draw a spider web on a corner and added a little spider. I added googling eyes to the BOO saying to add a funny touch. I used this kit from the shop:
ADD-ON KIT | HALLOWEEN | CRATE PAPER Alla prossima, ciao Hi friends! Dana here today sharing a scrapbook layout that I was inspired to create after listening to the song "Soul Singing" by The Black Crowes. I've been streaming a lot of concerts from home over the last 6 months. One of the most recent shows featured various artists, one of whom was Rich Robinson. After that show ended, YouTube auto-played The Black Crowes VH1 Unplugged Show from 2008 (which I highly recommend!). Since then, I've had those songs running through my head. Whenever life has me feeling stressed out, I always find relief by looking through photos of my family, especially my young nieces and nephews. I found this gem and couldn't help but smile! This sweet photo and two lines from the song; "My life's a smile not a frown," and "You got my soul singing," were all I needed to get my mojo running. I combined the Bad Girls Couture and Clique International Limited Edition Bliss Kit with the American Crafts Urban Legend Base Kit to create this page. The pastel color palettes, flowers, and wood grain designs of both kits blend really well together. I cut two wood frames from one of the Mintay patterned papers from the Bliss Kit. I used one for a photo frame which I embellished with a die-cut from the Urban Legend Kit and a chipboard sticker from the Bliss Kit. I placed the foam flower stickers from the Urban Legend kit under my photo to help raise it off the background paper. I created a shaker embellishment with the second wood frame. To create this feature I first cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the frame. Then, I applied foam tape around the edge of the floral patterned paper. Next, I sprinkled Clique sequin mix onto the patterned paper. I also added a small die-cut to the area. Lastly, I topped the foam tape with a piece of acetate and then the paper frame. I attached this embellishment to the page just like the other frame, on top of foam flower stickers, for added dimension.
Clique International Supplies: Bad Girls Couture and Clique International Limited Edition Bliss Kit American Crafts Urban Legend Base Kit Hi Clique International friends, Rachel here and today I have a cute Halloween mini album. I have used the Halloween Add-on kit which has Crate Paper, Pebbles inc and Elle Studio Halloween papers and embellishments. And here is my ghost (girl) mini album! I found a super cute ghost cut file and enlarged it. I created a sequin shaker cover using vellum to create the ghost effect. I wanted her to be cute and not so spooky, so I added a smile and some bling. I then cut 9 ghost pages using different papers for each page, one vellum page and the back cover in black cardstock to strengthen the album. Several pages I created fun Halloween scenes. Add vellum or acetate pages to an album really add visual interest to a min album and I love the visual effect of vellum. You will see here where I punched my hole in each page for my O ring I have cut silver reinforcers on my silhouette, the silver tying in with the embellishment. I then worked on pages where my photos will go. Some were simple fames and on other pages I created accordion paper strips so I could add multiple photos. Here I created a pocket to add journalling, tags or more photos. I added machine stitching to add texture. I finished her off adding some charms and metal black tassel. And there you have it, one super fun Halloween layout ready for some spooky photos. Thank you for stopping by and head over to the Clique shop to see this and all the other gorgeous kits www.cliquekits.com

We give away a $25 store credit if your layout is chosen and featured! xoxo, Nicole Hello everyone! It’s Isa today on the blog and it’s great to be back on the CK blog with a new project created with the amazing material of the kits they have available. On today’s post I have been inspired by one of my favourite songs from the Beatles: Here Comes The Sun. I have used the papers from the collection of Pinkfresh Studio “My favourite story” and I have used also puffy stickers and die cuts from it. What I have done is to use the paper with the gradient of colors and cut different dots of different sizes so I could add more fun to the project. I have printed the pictures in black and white because with this I can combine them perfectly well with all the colors of the layout. As layers for the pictures I have used a striped black and white paper to add more contrast with the colors. Also, to cover the edge where I cut the patterned paper I have added some die cuts from the collection creating another gradient of the same colors that are included in the paper. I love using papers like this because they allow you to play a lot with colors, shapes and tons of die cuts! Finally, for the title of the project I have used the alphabet of the Imagine collection by Mintopia Studio. It is a great fit for this project because I have been able to use the letters with the same colors that are included in my project so I could continue with the harmony of the colors. As final detail for the layout, I have added some journaling (something exceptional because I never include journaling in my projects as I do not like much my handwriting!!) In this journaling I have copied a part of the song Here Comes the Sun by the Beatles. It is a great song for the moment I was living in the pictures. It was a hot autumn day and I went for a walk on the beach with my family and my dog, and with all the situation that we are living in the world, to have the sun shining and walking peacefully made me feel like there’s still hope for us this year!! So let’s be a bit optimistic and fill our projects with tons of colors and happiness!! I hope you like my layout and I will be back soon with new things to show you! Take care. Lots of love,
Isa Hello Everyone, it's Piroska here today with my latest layout for Clique International. After spending 3 months at home because of the pandemie, and not having the chance to spend an evening or a day just as a couple, I felt really grateful to be able to go away for 3 days with my husband this summer. We travelled to one of the wine-growing regions of Hungary, Tokaj-Hegyalja, which is in the North-Eastern part of the country. One day we visited Tarcal, which is famous of the biggest Jesus statue in Hungary, The Jesus Blessing statue is on the top of the hill, it is 8,5 m tall and made of 50 tonnes of granite. We took a nice walk up and enjoyed the view all the way up and at the feet of the statue. For my layout I chose the Daydream Sampler Kit, which contains all the beautiful elements of the Daydream collection of Cocoa Vanilla Studio. For my background I chose the Daisy Days patterned paper and the Oh So Happy Title cut file of CUT to YOU. I cut it from white cardstock, and because I didn't want to use watercolours, I cut the "Oh So" words also from a darker patterned paper. This way the title stands out of the background. I backed the letters and matted my photo with the 6x6 Paper Pad of the Daydream collection. I fussy cut some flowers from the Garden Variety paper to complete the wreath. I also added some more floral cut outs. I also added some phrasel and hearts stickers and heart cut outs, and cut out some tiny rainbows. I added some of them on foam adhesive to create dimension. Finally I added a puffy heart and some sequins to complete the layout. The Daydream Sampler Kit is so easy to work with! The beautiful colours are perfect for either fall or summer memories to document. Go to the Clique Interneational shop and grab yours! ;-)
Hi all! Nicole here. I have a fun mixed media layout to share with you today. I'm going to share how easy it is to create a mixed media layout using a few acrylic paints and pretty paper from A.B. Studios/May Day! I love A.B. Studio's papers because you can get the look of a mixed media layout without having to do too much work! To begin, I cut two of the patterned papers to measure 8 1/2x11 and 7 1/2x10 then matted the smaller cut to the center of the layout. Then I matted my photo with a scrap piece of patterned paper. I used the Drop Dead Gorgeous acrylic paint from the Add-on Kit/Bliss/Bad Girls Couture to paint across the layout. I wanted to break up the reds and pinks a bit. And I love blue...so.... I thought it would be perfect for the layout. Next, I used a marker to color the chipboard piece. I ended up not using the turquoise. I colored another piece of chipboard using a purple marker. I had several swaps of patterned fabric that I thought would look pretty cool on this layout. Once I was satisfied with the placement of the fabric, I used fabric glue to mount them across the layout. I used the Chipboard pieces from Studio Forty as photo corners for the layout and then tucked one beneath the photo. The die cut and flowers were from my stash. And the butterfly veneer was painted using the X-rated acrylic paint! I created a tag using a scrap piece of patterned paper and added the polka dot ribbon. Love the chick feel of this layout. It's totally fun and I had so much fun creating this piece. To complete the layout, I added a little bit of journaling within the circle at the bottom. What do you think? Click here to buy some beautiful papers and paint to get started on your next mixed media project. I can't wait to see what you share in the Clique Group on Facebook! ![]() Hello there! Giorgia here today on the Clique Blog with a project that gave me so much happiness while making it because it features two of my favorite techniques: machine stitching and fussy cutting. I love patterned papers with flowers, butterflies or other elements that you can cut to use as embellishments or to create something different... For me it is so relaxing to cut them while listening to music! This project was inspired by my confetti bookmarks, do you remember them? i wanted to create something similar, but this time I made a card, a slimline card to be precise (I especially love this format lately, it is cute and really up to date!) I created the base with white cardstock and then I machine sewed a piece of vellum on top of it, leaving one side open. I filled with sequins and I finished sewing the last side to keep everything in place. Now I grab a flower patterned paper and started to fussy cut flowers, leaves and branches. I arranged them on the two sides of the card and I added a butterfly (you can find something similar here). In the centre I placed a big puffy stickers as sentiment and I added a little stamped phrase (the stamp I used is from my stash but in the shop you can find something similar, for example this one and this one). I fussy cut also the stamp, I am quite a fussy cutting maniac LOL. This is the paper I used: PAPER 2 | PAIGE EVANS BLOOM STREET | PINK PAISLEE, but In the shop you can find a looooot of flower papers that scream "fussy cut me!!" - I link some of my favorites:
This card will be the complement to a box full of sweets that I made: I always love to give my friends some little gifts to remember them how much I love them! For this box I combined two kits that features the new Paige Evans collection: The little birds in one of the kits are my favorites! They are the cutest! I also added two little flowers from the package in the kit: they are perfect to create shakers too (I could try to make another card filled with them!) Ciao, alla prossima,
Hello crafty friends! Rita here today with a new layout using all kinds of goodies from the awesome Clique International Shop. As always I will link all the products I've used. My task was to make an experimental project and I chose a 12x12'' format because of the space. I dug out my acrylic paints and stencils and got messy. I used an indigo color and molding paste for the stencil. This is always the first thing to do: Having lots of fun with the paint and just let it flow. And after that there's always a break (so the paint can dry). Meanwhile I edit and print out my photos and go through my supplies and stash. Here I definitly wanted to use the Miss Modern Sampler Kit (The Stamp Market) and some leftover bits and pieces and stamps. During the summer months (till the end of September) there are a lot of fields of flowers in our area where people are allowed to cut the flowers by themselves (and leave some money on a stand afterwards). By coincidence I happened to find myself on such a field, surrounded by sunflowers, chrysants and wildflowers. The last flowers before it will get too cold to grow and bloom. Of course I had to document the beautiful bouquet I'd picked. I used a wildflower stencil by Tim Holtz I still had in my stash. But every floral design would have been fine. Then I found all the ephemera pieces from the Miss Modern collection I loved in combination with the photos. As you can see I also used some paper scraps I cut or tore into pieces. Also I love how the colors of the enamel dots pop. Especially the yellow ones. So fun! I used the stamps by The Stamp Market and Studio Forty. And some word stickers which are from the Little Black Dress Kit. I love them, because they are so versatile and usable on almost every project! For the title I used the Alpha sticker sheet by Miss Modern. Now let's take a final look at the whole layout. I hope you feel inspired to get creative, use a little paint, some pretty papers and ephemera and journaling pieces. Below I list all the (still available or similar) products which helped me creating this layout:
