Hi friends! Dana here today sharing a travel layout that features some of the breathtaking photos from a friend's Summer road trip through the Southwest United States. She visited several National Parks and the photos she shared along the way are absolutely stunning. I had a blast living vicariously through her! I'm definitely putting these places on my must-see list. Until I can go to these sites in person, I'm documenting them using the gorgeous Sedona Base Kit. The Sedona kit contains all 6 beautiful 12x12 double-sided patterned papers from Prima Marketing's new Golden Desert collection, many with gorgeous copper foil accents. This kit also contains 2 12x12 double-sided patterned papers from the 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Wedgewood collection, which are the perfect shades of blue to complement the browns and pinks in this kit. I cut two States from patterned paper, Utah and Colorado, and used them for the base of the title spot. I used the two state shapes as maps to show where the three National Parks visited on this portion of the road trip are located. I printed the locations on the pale blue 49 and Market patterned paper and used Prima copper foil die-cuts as place markers. I cut thin strips of dark blue 49 and Market patterned paper to connect the National Park locations with the corresponding photos on this layout. The foam stickers, die-cuts, and wood embellishments from the kit were a great way to embellish the photos without distracting from the beautiful scenery. I embellished the top and bottom edges of the layout with simple patterned paper strips, foiled die-cuts, foam stickers, and Sparkletz gems, which are all included in the kit. What a fantastic way to unplug from life for awhile! There are more than 400 National Parks in the United States available to everyone, every day. While some of the parks charge an entrance fee, fee-free days provide a great opportunity to visit a new place or an old favorite. I'm so ready for a road trip!
More about the parks highlighted in this layout: Arches National Park is a national park in eastern Utah, United States. The park is adjacent to the Colorado River, 4 miles north of Moab, Utah. More than 2,000 natural sandstone arches are located in the park, including the well-known Delicate Arch, as well as a variety of unique geological resources and formations. The park contains the highest density of natural arches in the world. Canyonlands National Park is an American national park located in southeastern Utah near the town of Moab. The park preserves a colorful landscape eroded into numerous canyons, mesas, and buttes by the Colorado River, the Green River, and their respective tributaries. Mesa Verde National Park is an American national park and UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Montezuma County, Colorado. The park protects some of the best-preserved Ancestral Puebloan archaeological sites in the United States. Clique International Supplies: Prima Marketing Sedona Base Kit

Hello crafty friends! Nicole here and today I'm using the fresh and new Phoenix add on kit that features the beautiful Simple Stories Quarantine papers and Hello Today ephemera. I'm also using the brand new Succulent Potted Plants cut file. I love how Gia set the cut file up! You're able to mix and match the different succulents with the different pots! Today I'm documenting a proud moment in my travelers notebook. About a year ago, I tried to root a little leaf that had fallen off of my succulent. Ten months later, this little guy is rooted, healthy and still growing! Here's a look at my completed spread: The left page, I used my photo of my succulent as my focal point. I printed it large enough to cut it from the rest of the photo, letting it stand out even more. I used a 3x4 journaling card from the kit along with a few pieces of ephemera to embellish the page. I used my tab punch and stamped "Hello Today" with the Studio Forty Stemple clear stamp set. For the right side of my spread, I used the succulent cut file as my main focus. I also added a few bits of the Simple Stories ephemera and some stamping from the same Stemple stamp set. How cute is that little sun, cloud and rain?! I just love that added little touch! To finish off my layout, I used enamel dots from my stash to add a few pops of color. Thanks so much for stopping by today! Be sure to visit The Clique shop for TONS of new products and loads of new releases that are currently on pre-order! You don't want to miss these kits! Hello everyone! Nicole here with a pet layout I created using Bella Blvd.'s adorable Chloe collection! This collection has the cutest ephemera and patterns. I just love it all! And it is perfect for sharing those precious memories of your fur-babies. To begin, I placed four 6x6 patterned papers from the paper pad onto an 8 1/2x11 white cardstock sheet. I placed them all at angles, hanging off the edge of the page and then cut the excess paper off. I like using this technique because it is such a fun design! Once I was satisfied with the background, I added the journaling cards and photos and then I used embellishments to fill in the white space. :) To complete the layout, I added some stamps and journaling within the label and grid card. I used a few foam squares to make the embellishments pop up from the page. I just love how cute this turned out.
Thank you so much for visiting today! Hello everyone, it's Karlla back and I'm very happy to share another project with you. I created a mini album with the beautiful Take Flight Collection . I made an accordion mini album. I love this album style, it's delicate and at the same time playful. I made a mini envelope to make the album more fun. A great way to be able to attach some message. This collection is beautiful, and the die cuts are incredible. The colors, the elements... I'm in love. As this beautiful kit, you can find others on the Clique Kits.
I hope you liked it! see you next time, Karlla Dauer Good morning everyone!! I hope your having a great Monday morning, I'm hoping it will dry out here some before to long! |
