3D Bunny Box | Mintay Papers | Rachel Lowe

Firstly I would like to wish you a blessed Easter. Today I have a super cute 3D Easter bunny which is a box but can be used as a decor piece. I intend to use mine to decorate our table for Easter Sunday. I have used the beautiful Mintay Papers Better Times collection from the Clique shop.

This is a cut file available from the Silhouette design store ID 7642 (Silhouette Bunny Box).  It does take a little patience to put together but well worth it for the result. I used one of the floral papers from the collection for the lid and the marble blue paper from the collection for the base. I added a stitched border around the outer of the bunny to add texture and definition.  As I wanted to make it a decor piece I added white glitter over the blue paper.

I added a white large pom pom for the bunny tail. As I had used a use floral paper for the lid, I added fussy cut butterflies with foam tape to create height. I used one of the sentiment words from the chipboard sheet from the collection.  I used a soft pink ribbon and made a bow.

I created a floral wreath by fussy cutting some floral blooms, added with foam tape and finished off with several tiny fussy cut butterflies. The colours of Better Times perfect to create easter and/or spring themed projects.
